• Implement and support medical specialist care in poor countries through MIRN;
• Expand and optimize independent healthcare worldwide along MIRN model;
• Connect volunteer experts and facilitators from industrialized countries to local doctors;
• Empower foreign physicians through transter of skills, technology and training abroad;
• Record the network's impact on individuals, communities and nation;
• Enhance research and teaching through MIRN;
• Evaluate suitability of medical aid programs and link efforts;
• Further awareness of the impact of poverty in underprivileged countries;
• Help improve other medical missions to become more effective.
